Semi-auto Double Keg Washer

The semi-auto double keg washer consists of 2 x 100L reservoirs (each with a 5.5kW electric heating element), a 0.75kW pump and a PID control panel. A single keg washer configuration is also available.

Double Keg Washer Dimensions: 1300mm L x 1050mm W x 1260mm H.
Single Keg Washer Dimensions: 1000mm L x 950mm W x 1160mm H.

Product Overview

Keg table - Compatible with 10L-60L sizes of kegs
Capable for A Style, D Style, S Style, G Style Spear etc.

Utilities Required:

1) Water: 20 GPM supply @ 50-60 PSI
2) CO2: 20 PSI
3) Air: 40 PSI
4) Cleaners – low foaming caustic, suitable non-rinse sanitisers

Technical Description:

  • Output: Approx. 14-20 kegs per hour.
  • Regarding the electric power,the machine will be made according to customers’requirements.
  • Need about 8amps-50amps for the whole machine.
  • 2x100L Reservoirs(Sanitiser and Caustic)or any other cleaning solutions you will use.
  • Each reservoir with 1x(3kW-5.5kW)heating element and 1xPT100 sensor.
  • Centrifugal Pump-0.75kW

Left reservoir: Caustic
Right reservoir: Sanitiser

Control panel-Automatic temp controller:

1) Monitor and control the temp of Caustic tank
2) Monitor and control the temp of Sanitizer tank
3) Control Pump Off/On
