Introducing the 500L PLC Controlled 2-vessel Brewhouse
The 500L 2-vessel PLC-controlled skid-mounted brewhouse is a flagship design encompassing the definition of "plug-and-play". Having been exhibited in Brau Beviale, this work of art comprises of two vessels: a mash / lauter tun, and a kettle / whirlpool, and can be specified to brew using electric heating, steam or natural gas heating.
The PLC control panel manages temperature control up to eight fermenters or brite tanks, as well as HLT (and VFD pump speed) control, and glycol water tank (and pump on/off control) as standard. However, the logic can be programmed to meet your specific brewery configuration. This design utilises a Siemens PLC and Schneider electrical components.

The Semi-auto Keg Washer
A cost effective way to make keg washing a whole lot easier!
The semi-auto double keg washer consists of 2 x 100L reservoirs (each with a 5.5kW electric heating element), a 0.75kW pump and a PID control panel. A single keg washer configuration is also available.
