Introducing the 500L PLC Controlled 2-vessel Brewhouse
The 500L 2-vessel PLC-controlled skid-mounted brewhouse is a flagship design encompassing the definition of "plug-and-play". Having been exhibited in Brau Beviale, this work of art comprises of two vessels: a mash / lauter tun, and a kettle / whirlpool, and can be specified to brew using electric heating, steam or natural gas heating.
The PLC control panel manages temperature control up to eight fermenters or brite tanks, as well as HLT (and VFD pump speed) control, and glycol water tank (and pump on/off control) as standard. However, the logic can be programmed to meet your specific brewery configuration. This design utilises a Siemens PLC and Schneider electrical components.

Semi-automatic Keg Washer Filler
A cost effective way to make keg washing a whole lot easier!
The semi-auto keg washer and filler is controlled via a PLC HMI and features lifting table boards for each handling of any size of keg. This plug-and-play washer filler can easily manage up to 30 kegs per hour which is a labour-saving "must have".
