Vessel Configuration
- Effective volume = 100L, total volume = 125L --> extra 25% head space
- Net Dimension: 640mm Dia x 1100mm H
- Dish head
- Made from 304 Stainless steel, 100% TIG welded with 316 wire
- Inner layer=3mm, pickling and passivating treated
- Outer layer=2mm, Hairline polishing
- Cooling jacket: Dimpled plate on cone and side
- PU Insulation layer=80mm on side and cone bottom
- Design pressure 0.3MPa; Working pressure 0.15Mpa.
- 4 x heavy duty legs with leveling foot pads
